  • Goral Museum – Folk Tradition Room – Ždiar (13km)
    The room presents folk traditions and customs of a Slovak villlage Ždiar. The museum shows the typical interior of Ždiar wooden houses, folk costumes from various periods and work tools. There is also a presentation of typical Ždiar wedding with the program, getting dress to the folk costumes, demonstration of weaving and other attractions.

  • The treetop walk Bachledka – Bachledova Valley (16km)
    You can reach the trees quickly and comfortably with the new Gondola Bachledka cable car. The walkway is barrier-free. The six-hundred-meter-long trail will take you through a varied forest. You can read about it on the information boards, so you can learn more about fauna, flora and the life of local forests, their protection and the destructive power of the weather. You will get a view from the 32 m high tower to the peaks of the Belianske Tatras, the unique scenery of Pieniny and the picturesque Zamagurie.
  • Observatory at Lomnický peak – Tatranská Lomnica (27km)

  • Tricklandia – Starý Smokovec (33km)
    A gallery of trick-art and optical illusions in which you will experience a unique journey through Slovakia. You can find there ideas of Slovak folk tales, fairy tales, as well as the realities of villages and castles of Slovakia (Vlkolinec, Dunajec, Bojnice Castle and others). It is spread over an area of ​​500 m2, with 24 attractions. They contain 15 trick-art images, augmented reality, anti-gravity rooms, the most beautiful mirror labyrinth in Central Europe, etc.
  • Starý Smokovec – Hrebienok – cable car – Starý Smokovec (33 km)
    Take the cable car from Starý Smokovec to 1272 m a.s.l. and experience the feeling that Queen Elizabeth of England had when she visited the High Tatras.     Monuments

  • Hunting lodge Hohenlohe – Tatranská Javorina
    The President opened a hunting lodge to the public. Hohenlohe is a national cultural monument, property of the state and the administration of the Office of the President of the Slovak Republic.
    Admission is free. It is possible every Thursday at 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, excluding public holidays.
  • Wooden church of St. Anne – Tatranská Javorina
    The church is dedicated to Saint Anne and Christian Hohenlohe, a significant German nobleman, built it between 1902 and 1903. There is a coat of arms of his family inside the church. It is a Roman Catholic church, which was built by a Protestant. To this day, it serves its purpose and there are regular worship services.
  • Belianska Cave – Tatranská Kotlina (18 km)
    The only accessible cave in the High Tatras. One of the stops during the tour is in the Music Hall, which was named after the drops of water dropping onto the lake.
